SCALE OF CHARGES
An amount payable under a percentage fee will go up or down depending on the agreed rent level. Fixed fees will remain the same regardless of the rent level agreed.
1) Introduction Only Service
£250.00, payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through Suffolk Electrical Support Services Ltd.
2) Let only Service
£350.00 for rents up to £1,000.00 per calendar month, for each letting where the tenant is introduced through Suffolk Electrical Support Services Ltd .
£450 for rents over £1,000.00 per calendar month for each letting where the tenant is introduced through Suffolk Electrical Support Services Ltd.
£550 for rents over £1,500.00 per calendar month for each letting where the tenant is introduced through Suffolk Electrical Support Services Ltd.
£650 for rents over £2,000.00 per calendar month for each letting where the tenant is introduced through Suffolk Electrical Support Services Ltd.

3) Full Management Service – Initial Set Up Fee = £299.00 plus 6.5% of the monthly rent received, to be paid across to Suffolk Electrical Support Services Ltd.
The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the agent.

Duplication of keys – cost of key cutting
Find a Tenant Service only – Inventory check at the end of a tenancy – £275.00 . This service is included within our letting & management fee.
Find a Tenant Service only – rent review, new tenancy agreement and deposit paperwork – £300.00.
Find a Tenant – Issuing notice of seeking possession – £216.00.
Full Management Service – Tenancy renewals – £125.00.
